Geronimo Stilton strengthens licensing in India with Bioworld clothing deal

Bioworld will introduce a line of Geronimo Stilton branded apparel including t-shirts, tank tops, polo shirts, sweat shirts and more.

Atlantyca Entertainment has secured a new licensing deal with the apparel specialist, Bioworld for its popular Geronimo Stilton brand.

The deal was brokered by Atlantyca’s India-based agent, Brand Monk and is for India only.

Bioworld Merchandising is known for delivering officially licensed products for top entertainment brands to all levels of retail distribution and will produce a line of Geronimo Stilton branded apparel including t-shirts, tank tops, polo shirts, sweat shirts and more.

The merchandise will be available online and offline from this September across India.

“Bioworld is a best-in-class company and one of the most respected in our industry,” said Marco Piccinini, Atlantyca’s licensing manager. “It specialises in creating sensational, eye-catching top-notch designs geared to appeal to young adults.

“Our many young Geronimo Stilton fans in India are certain to be as excited about the apparel as much as we are.”

Brand Monk Licensing’s Rohit Sobti, added: “Geronimo Stilton’s engagement and connection with fans is very strong in India, especially for boys and girls aged six to 12. We are very excited to kick off the apparels with Bioworld which has a robust offline, online distribution and understanding of the character licensing space.”
