Guinness World Records educational line due

Carson-Dellosa Publishing signs up to create themed products for the US.

A new range of themed educational products featuring the Guinness World Records brand are due to roll out in the US, courtesy of Carson-Dellosa Publishing.

The first products to be created under the new deal include CenterSolutions Creative Writing Card Sets, Guinness World Records Reading books and Math books.

"The Guinness World Records brand is a tremendous source of interesting, fun and intriguing content that will be featured in our new products to spark imaginations, generate ideas and hold the attention of children," said Dave Hewitt, president of Carson-Dellosa.

Jennifer Gilmour, licensing manager at GWR, added: "We trust that our quirky and bizarre content will generate interest among students, resulting in new learning experiences."

The book has notched up sales of over 115 million copies and is published in more than 100 countries, and now the brand is moving into licensing. We find out about its plans.
