Animal welfare charity RSPCA is continuing to build its licensing programme, signing up Happy Pet to produce branded toys and grooming products for dogs.

Five lines have been designed exclusively for RSPCA including grooming products, rubber and rope toys and two toy ranges specifically for outdoor play.

The RSPCA Grooming range consists of 12 brushes, combs, slickers and rakes, while the outdoor lines include training toys and floatable toys.

The Happy Pet lines will launch later this month, while work is also underway on a collection of RSPCA collars and leads, likely to hit retail in October.

"We have enormously enjoyed working with the RSPCA to produce these very special ranges of products and are looking forward to a strong response at retail," said Guy Meade, national account manager at Happy Pet.
