McDonalds restaurants in over 42 countries internationally (excluding the UK) will carry a special promotion involving ZhuZhu Pets and KungZhu throughout this summer and into the autumn.
As well as a Happy Meal promotion, both brands will be featured on the new interactive website, Happy Studio, for a year. The site will feature the ZhuZhu club house, which can also be monitored by parents.
The dual-brand promotion will take place as early as May in some territories and run until October in 6,245 restaurants across Europe.
"The ZhuZhu Pets characters fit well with a McDonalds QSR promotion," said Bruce Katz from brand owner, Cepia. "The collection that has been created is delightful and respresents the brand well. We are sure they will be extremely popular with McDonalds and ZhuZhu Pets consumers."
