The Natural History Museum has confirmed a brace of licensing deals for the 50th Wildlife Photographer of the Year.

The Great British Card Company will supply a range of greetings cards from May onwards, featuring outstanding photographic entries from the past several years of the competition.

This is the first time that the company has worked with the museum, with the Wildlife Photographer of the Year cards being published under The Almanac Gallery brand.

Meanwhile, Quadrille - one of the UK's leading book and stationery publishers - will significantly expand the photography exhibition's retail offering with a range including notebooks, calendars and photo albums from June.

Both lines will be available as part of the museum's range of Wildlife Photographer of the Year merchandise, currently available in various UK retail outlets.

"We're thrilled to be working with Quadrille and The Great British Card Company for these new ranges," said Zuzi Wojciechowska, licensing manager at the Natural History Museum. "Our licensing programme for Wildlife Photographer of the Year is growing steadily, offering a beautiful selection of premium product using some of the most amazing nature images in the world."

Co-owned by the Natural History Museum and BBC Worldwide, Wildlife Photographer of the Year champions honest and ethical wildlife photography, while pushing the boundaries of artisitic freedom, technical skill and narrative excellence.

The 50th Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition will open to the public at the Natural History Museum on October 24th.
