New LIFE branded accessories on the way

A new range of LIFE branded fashion accessories will soon be hitting retailers, thanks to a new partnership between Bulldog Licensing and VMC.

The new range will feature headwear, gloves, scarves, sunglasses, technical sunglasses, technical accessories and toiletry and make up bags.

The collection will look to incorporate the photographic library of the popular magazine that includes iconic shots and historical pictures, such as images of the Kennedys and Winston Churchill, the Empire State Building and more.

In total, the LIFE property has around 10 million pictures available to license.

“VMC will be making very good use of this incredibly versatile brand,” said Bulldog MD, Rob Corney.

“LIFE is a growing presence at retail and consumer enthusiasm for this property is showing absolutely no signs of abating, so we have high hopes for this range when it hits the stores.”

VMC now joins a portfolio of partners for the LIFE brand, comprised of Benchmark for bags, Pyramid for calendars and wall art and The Art Group for greetings cards and postcards.

The LIFE brand was voted among the top five most powerful art brands in the licensing worlds by industry experts in 2013’s Licensing.biz Power List.
