Roobarb and Custard in charity deal

Bulldog Licensing has announced that Roobarb and Custard for a licensed pin badge campaign in support of the deafblind charity. 



Louis Kennedy will be producing a range of badges featuring the cartoon dog and cat, with proceeds from each sale going to support Sense.

Roobarb and Custard are a growing presence in UK licensing, including apparel lines from Poetic Gem, greetings cards from Museums and Galleries, plush from PMS and wall art from Riviera. Storylines from the shows have also been developed into children’s books by Mogzilla.

Licensing agent Bulldog is targeting a variety of other categories that will suit Roobarb and Custard’s unique appeal including gift plush, stationery and fashion accessories.

“Everybody loves Roobarb and Custard so the badges will be absolutely irresistible and it’s fantastic that these cartoon icons will be helping to boost awareness and raise funds for Sense,” said Bulldog MD Rob Corney.
