Smiley signs with Bershka

A range of ?edgy? Smiley t-shirt designs from Santex will be sold at the retail chain.

The Smiley Company has collaborated with licensee Santex and Bershka on a new line of t-shirts aimed at girls and young women.

The retail brand targets a 'young fashion trend led market' and has 734 stores in 49 countries. 

Nicolas Loufrani, CEO of the Smiley Company, said: "We have worked on a very edgy product range with the Bershka team and I am sure teens and young adults all over the world will love them."

Bershka comes from the Spanish retail giant Inditex Group, which also owns Zara.
