The Wisdom of Kids stationery range on the way from Blueprint Collections

JELC has signed a deal with Blueprint Collections for a line of stationery based on The Wisdom of Kids brand.

Blueprint will design and produce a range of Wisdom of Kids stationery, travel goods, glasses cases, make-up compacts and gifts.

“Wisdom of Kids is the perfect vehicle for the type of range we are planning – it certainly made us all laugh," said Lisa Shand, Blueprint Collections.

"We predict that major retailers will want to be part of the Wisdom of Kids story when we launch for autumn/winter 2015."

JELC is aiming to also introduce The Wisdom of Kids into apparel, electronics, home-wares and household textiles sectors, following an earlier deal with Gemma for a new greetings card range.

Jane Evans, joint managing director at JELC, added: “Licensee interest in the Wisdom of Kids has been strong for some time as consumer demand for this charming and hilarious brand grows.

"We’re delighted that Blueprint has joined the programme. Alongside Gemma we have two of the strongest names in UK licensed products on board already which bodes incredibly well for the brand."

The Wisdom of Kids utilses the insights of under-tens on burning adult issues such as love, ageing and marriage alongside witty illustrations.
