The World of Eric Carle transforms fashion with Little Goodall partnership

The Joester Loria Group has secured a new partnership with the Little Goodall to create a new line of clothing based on The World of Eric Carle.

The collaboration will feature multiple collections, with the first – a The Very Hungry Caterpillar themed line – debuting at Playtime Paris last week and launching in spring next year.

Future collections will draw inspiration from some of the 70 other books Carle has written and illustrated with distinctive collage art and launch across the UK, Canada, US, France and Asia next year.

‘The exciting new line, like all Little Goodall’s coats, dresses, romprs and bonnets, will feature unique details that speak of quality, love and care. From the choice of quality fabrics like organic cotton and wool to exquisitely embroidered detailing, to the added touch of lining, each piece by Little Goodall is something you’ll cherish for years,’ read a statement from the company.

Eric Carle;s The Very Hungry Caterpillar has been translated into 60 languages and has sold over 45 million copies since its publication in 1969.

In his lifetime, Carle has written and illustrated more than 70 picture books which have sold more than 144 million copies.
