Robert Cary-Williams has become one of the first fashion designers and artists to start work on a collection inspired by original new brand for teen girls, Scarlett & Crimson.

Cary-Williams, who is famous for dressing the likes of Kate Moss and Lily Cole, will develop four limited edition women's vest for 2009 inspired by the Coolabi property.

His planned designs are apparently 'striking, yet subtle' and will include hidden motifs linked to a series of Scarlett & Crimson storybooks which will launch in summer 2009.

He joins beauty industry icons Ruby Hammer and Millie Kendall as the latest major fashion name to work on the brand. The founders of the Ruby and Millie cosmetics line are working on a collection inspired by the two edgy heroines.
