US: Sanrio debuts canvas bags for The Humane Society

The company has partnered with the US charity to support the National Day of Giving.

Sanrio has teamed with The Humane Society of the United States to launch a line of limited edition tote bags to mark the National Day of Giving.

Taking place on November 29th, Sanrio’s bags support the national day’s concept of giving back.

The canvas tote bags feature two characters, including Pompompurin, a golden retriever dog with a brown beret and Chococat, a curious black cat.

Retailing at $30, $6 of each sale will be given to The Humane Society to benefit animals in need.

Elsewhere, Sanrio’s Hello Kitty Café has created two special edition Pompompurin and Chococat cookies to celebrate the partnership.
