LIMA UK has revealed details of its annual Global Networking Party at Brand Licensing Europe.
The event will take place on Wednesday, October 8th from 5.30pm to 7.30pm in the Crystal Room at the Mayfair Hotel, Sutton Street, London.
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will sponsor the event for the second time.
Last year’s event saw over 200 licensing professionals attend, including senior execs from the likes of Turner, BBC Worldwide, Saban, CBS and 20th Century Fox, with a significant international presence.
Tickets for the event are priced at £50 (+VAT) for LIMA members and £100 (+VAT) for non members (additional booking fee to be added on payment).
"Our networking event has really come of age and once again we want to make our party one of the highlights of BLE," said Kelvyn Gardner, MD of LIMA UK. "We are very pleased that the Hong Kong Trade Development Council has decided to come on board as sponsor for the second time.
"This demonstrates the level of international interest in the licensing industry and the opportunities that it offers worldwide."
Stephen Wong, HKTDC regional director Europe – who will deliver a brief address at the event – added: "HKTDC is delighted to sponsor LIMA’s Global Networking Party for the second year. It is a wonderful networking occasion and it further reinforces the close relationship we enjoy with LIMA.
"The reception is a great way of highlighting the huge growth expected in the licensing market in Asia, and Hong Kong’s advantages as a platform for doing business in the region."
