Gifts, greeting cards and apparel are due to be unveiled at Autumn Fair in September featuring Bamforth's Postcard Collection.

JELC has been steadily growing the licensing programme around the saucy seaside postcards - with four licensees highlighted at Birmingham's NEC.

Little Black Dog will be showing off Bamforth bookmarks and coasters; Raiseprint will be exhibiting a range of specially produced metal signs and fridge magnets; Spencer & Fleetwood have gift confectionery including aniseed balls, butterscotch, pear drops and rhubarb and custard; and Spike Leisurewear will be launching four new t-shirts.

On top of this, two more licensees have recently been confirmed.

Charles Glassware is planning to roll out a line of Bamforth pint beer glasses and boxed wine glasses in time for Christmas, while Paladone Products will produce giftware, beachware, kitchen textiles, novelty kitchenware and outdoor living products, all due in 2012.

"The wit and instantly recognisable style of the Bamforth Collection have clearly struck a strong chord with licensees, retailers and consumers," said Janet Woodward, director at JELC. "We knew from an early stage that the very British charm and cheekiness of Bamforth would be ideal for the gift market in the hands of the right partners.

"And, as visitors will see, our licensees at Autumn Fair have done the Bamforth Collection proud."
