Next week's Children's Media Conference will see top selling author Patrick Ness deliver the creative keynote.
Ness - who made history last month when his novel, A Monster Calls, became the first book ever to win both the Carnegie Medal and the Kate Greenaway Medal - will be interviewed by journalist, broadcaster and author Mark Lawson.
Ness' Chaos Walking trilogy - The Knife of Never Letting Go, The Ask and the Answer and Monsters of Men - have won numerous awards including the Guardian Children's Fiction Prize, the Costa Children's Book Award and the Booktrust Teen Prize.
The Children's Media Conference runs from July 4th to 6th in Sheffield. Other key sessions will include Screen to Shelf: Ready for retail, 3DTV and beyond, plus a Dragons' Den-style pitching forum.
