Coca-Cola 'Pin of the Day' Olympics drive kicks off

Collectable pin badges released each day during the Games; profits go to sports charity.

London 2012 sponsor Coca-Cola is releasing official collectable pin badges for each day of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

In total, 182 pins will be released, created by young designers from Brighton and Hartlepool. All have been designed to fit together like a jigsaw puzzle to form the shape of the Coca-Cola contour bottle.

Coca-Cola is hosting two Pin Trading Centres - one on the Olympic Park and one in Hyde Park.

Collectors can also pre-order a full commemorative set of pins online, which comes with an exclusive bottle cap pin.

All profits made by Coca-Cola through the sale of its licensed merchandise will be given to charity partner StreetGames, which helps bring sport to 110,000 young people in some of the most deprived communities in the UK.
