This year's Licensing Expo is giving visitors the chance to go head-to-head with NFL players in a variety of games at the show's new Sports Activation Zone.

Presented by the NFL Players Association, produced by UBM Americas and sponsored by LIMA, the Sports Activation Zone gives attendees the chance to compete for prizes by going up against with NFL players and other professional athletes in a variety of games.

“We are pleased to welcome the fun and engaging Sports Activation Zone presented by NFLPA to Licensing Expo 2016," said Jessica Blue, senior vice president, licensing, UBM Americas.

"The Expo provides the perfect platform for the most prominent influencers of the $60 plus billion worldwide sports licensing marketplace to extend their brands, teams and athletes into a diverse variety of new product categories.”

Steve Scebelo, NFLPA vice president, licensing and business development, added: “Hosting the Sports Activation Zone at Licensing Expo 2016 is the perfect way for the NFLPA to showcase the engaging personalities of NFL players, as well as athletes from other sports, in a fun, unique fashion.

"Attendees and exhibitors will have a chance to compete head-to-head against world class athletes on the show floor – in competitions they can actually win – while experiencing first-hand the powerful connections NFL players can make with their customers."

This year's Licensing Expo is held from June 21st to 23rd, 2016, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
