Trade body LIMA is calling on licensors and licensees to put themselves forward for this year's LIMA International Licensing Excellence Awards.
The accolades will be handed out at the LIMA Opening Night Awards Ceremony at Licensing International Expo in Las Vegas on June 14th.
LIMA is actively encouraging more entries from outside the US. Last year it had 225 entries in all, including its largest ever number from the international licensing community.
There are 16 award categories - with only licensing programmes or products retailing during 2010 able to be considered. In addition, up to six candidates for the Licence of the Year award will be taken from nominees for five other categories.
Deadline for entries is March 1st. Click here to find out more.
"Your country needs you," exclaimed Kelvyn Gardner, MD of LIMA UK. "Last year we had ten nominees from within the UK licensing community and it would be fantastic if we could beat that this year.
"LIMA has worked hard to overcome the perceived US bias in the nominations, as our record numbers in 2010 proved. This is our chance to continue the international drive and show off the great work that's being done in other countries too."
