Licensing Awards finalists announced

The eagerly-awaited short-list of nominations for the 2009 Licensing Awards has been announced.

Over 4,500 licensed products were entered, a wealth of nominations for the retail and property categories were submitted to arrive at a strong line-up of finalists in this year’s Licensing Awards.

The awards, now in their fourth year, are owned and organised by The Licensing Source Book, part of Max Publishing.

This year, for the first time, Brand Licensing Europe is headline sponsor of the awards, while industry trade association, LIMA UK has reinforced its commitment as an official supporter of the awards and The Light Fund will be the charity beneficiary.

The winners of all the categories will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 10th September 2009 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London. (Tickets are available from
