Licensing Expo confirms Amazon VP, Nicholas Denissen as 2018 keynote

Licensing Expo has confirmed that Amazon VP, Nicholas Denissen will lead the keynote at this year’s big licensing show in Vegas.

Titled Great Expectations: Pace, Selection, Convenience and the Customer, the keynote will take place on May 22 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from 8am to 9am.

In his keynote presentation, Denissen will discuss how Merch by Amazon – a print on demand service that makes it easy for licensors, licensees and content creators to create, promote and sell branded merchandise – is enabling brands to grow their businesses online.

As vice president at Amazon, Denissen plays a critical role in how the e-commerce retailer helps small and medium-sized businesses reach more customers online.

“We are thrilled to have Amazon take the Licensing Expo stage and provide our attendees with information on the rapidly changing commerce and customer landscapes,” said Jessica Blue, senior vice president, Global Licensing Group, UBM.
