Penguin Ventures has partnered with The Garden Museum and Hillier Gardens to bring the Flower Fairies to a new audience this summer.

The firm is looking to present a raft of new experiences that will help engage kids and parents with the Flower Fairies brand. The partnership kicks off with two dedicated experiences.

Flower Fairies: Botanical Magic at the Garden Museum will runs from August 8 to September 30 and will bring a selection of Cicely Mary Barker’s illustrations to the Garden Museum over the summer.

Visitors will see original illustrations for more than 40 of her Flower Fairies designs as well as previously unseen sketchbooks and drawings together with research materials and dress up.

The second will be Sir Harold Hillier Gardens” The Flower Fairies Garden Trail running now until September 3. The interactive trail will see visitors issued with a Flower Fairies Passport and set of wings as they start their search for the fairies.

Sarah Hulands, junior brand manager at Penguin Ventures, said: “Our strategy for the Flower Fairies is to ensure that we are offering events and experiences that will engage children and adults alike, bringing Cicely Mary Barker’s artwork to life in ways that will appeal to family audiences.

“the Garden Museum is the perfect setting for the original Flower Fairies artwork and the team has worked hard to ensure that even the youngest fairy fans will enjoy their visit; while the Hillier Gardens have created the most magical interactive trail that will be enjoyed by all members of the family.”
