First up, the Imperial War Museum is looking for a new Brand Licensing Officer. The lucky candidate will be responsible for developing and building a commercially successful Brand Licensing offer for IWM, including actively seeking potential new licensees.

Meanwhile, recruiter Gameplan Europe is looking for a digital marketing manager to take up a position with a multinational toy manufacturer. The client is a long-established privately owned Hong Kong firm, with ambitious growth plans.
Suitable candidates will have several years of in-depth hands-on experience in planning and carrying out social media campaigns for toys or related categories through YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, as well as the company’s own blogs and websites.

Next up, Fenwick is looking for an assistant buyer to cover its toys department.
As an Assistant buyer you will work with line manager to build and create a product range and balanced assortment which is inspirational, creative and reflective of target customer profile across all Fenwick stores and online within your managers product category. Support line manager in sourcing and negotiating new brands, and trading existing brands using the buying power of the whole group to drive sales and profit and deliver greater market share in their specific categories, whilst implementing local range strategies for individual stores to differentiate product and create local propositions in each local context.
MGA Entertainment is on the hunt for a Softlines Product Approval Coordinator to support the UK head of licensing in working with licensees and retailers to manage and process product approvals.
The position holder will work with licensees, manage the development of soft line products ensuring product innovation, brand consistency and commercial relevance, identify new product opportunities, create trend directions, and develop first class conceptual design.
They will also ensure all new and existing licensees are trained and kept up to date on the MGA brand, property portfolio, creative assets and approval systems.
