m4e AG details closing acquisition with Studio 100

The Executive Board of m4e AG has finalised a contract regarding an acquisition between the Belgian Studio 100 Group.

Following the deal, Studio 100 Group has acquired the majority interest in m4e AG, which saw Studio 100 immediately acquire all of the company’s shares.

Hans Ulrich Stoef will continue to act as CEO of m4e AG, while both firm’s plan to strategically cooperate in the field of kids and family entertainment.

In addition, former members of the Supervisory Board of m4e AG, including Oliver Jansen, Cees Wessels and Andreas Kinsky have resigned their offices.
