Masha and the Bear opens first Bear’s House experience in Italy

Masha and the Bear is making strides across Europe with the launch of the first Bear’s House fan experience in Italy.

The move marks the first time that the popular house – featuring Bear’s favourite chair, games, books, tables and benches – has been on show outside of Russia.

The site has already been met with popularity when it opened its doors to the Italian public n early December, attracting more than 1,000 young visitors to McArthur Glen Serravalle near Milan in only three days.

The destination will now be open until early March this year.

Thousands of visitors are expected to explore Bear’s House in the coming weeks, as more than 5.5 million people visit the popular shopping venue each year.

The Masha and the Bear inspired destination was brought to Italy in a partnership between McArthur Glen and Maurizio Distefano Licensing.

Distefano, said: “This wonderfully designed attraction has brought to life one of the most popular characters in modern children’s TV animation.

“We’re looking forward to a continued high demand as many more kids visit the Bear’s House during the holiday season.”
