Master toy licensee appointed for Dinosaur Roar

Nurture Rights, owner of The World of Dinosaur Roar!, the new preschool property created by Peter Curtis and produced in association with the Natural History Museum in London, has announced the appointment of Golden Bear as Master Toy licensee for The World of Dinosaur Roar!, as well as Nurture’s classic Dinosaur Roar! property.

The firm will develop a line of products based on the property including plush and plastic toys, puzzles, games, and bath accessories, all with a focus on educating youngsters about the world of dinosaurs.

The initial launch will feature puzzles, card games and a range of soft toys featuring some of the stars of The World of Dinosaur Roar! The range will launch in spring/summer 2018 and be available at select retailers. Further wider rollouts are planned for late 2018 and early 2019 including a collectable dinosaur figurine range. The core market for the Golden Bear range will be children aged two to five.

"We are delighted to be partnering Nurture Rights and The Natural History Museum on the delightful Dinosaur Roar! property," said Golden Bear MD, Barry Hughes. "The combination of the wonderful prehistoric characters and modern innovative marketing plans and content promise to ensure that Dinosaur Roar! will be around for many, many years to come.”

“We are delighted that Golden Bear will be the Master Toy licensee for The World of Dinosaur Roar! and our classic Dinosaur Roar! brand," added Nick Barrington, Nurture Rights MD. "Dinosaur Roar! has proved itself to be a brand that has a loyal following due to its heritage and resonance with its target audience. The World of Dinosaur Roar! builds on this integrity and offers a fresh approach to dinosaurs for the very young. Golden Bear is the perfect partner to capture the true essence of these complimentary brands and create an exciting product range.”
