Pedigree Books has promoted Matthew Reynolds to the new role of publishing and sales director.
Reynolds (pictured) was previously sales and licensing manager at the firm, which specialises in character annuals and yearbooks.
The promotion will see Reynolds take a more active managerial role at the company, as well as continuing to acquire new licences such as Angry Birds and Smash Hits.
He will also handle the development of new products including the Yearbooks line – Christmas book gifts for adults. These feature a number of major lifestyle magazine brands such as Woman’s Weekly, Yours and National Geographic.
"I am delighted to be taking on this exciting and challenging role," Reynolds commented. "Pedigree has experienced a great year in 2012, in terms of sales, products and licensing portfolio, and I am looking forward to the challenge of taking things even further by increasing our range and strengthening our relationships with key retailers.
