Rizon Studios has revealed a partnership with Evolution USA to form a global integrated brand licensing and management agency.
The deal will see Rizon Studios Licensing trade as Evolution Europe, with the new group trading as Evolution International.
Rizon Studios Creative will continue to operate in its own right, while also providing its creative services to the group.
The Evolution group of companies will work with brands across multiple territories, both directly and through a network of sub agents. The group will represent the Miramax portfolio and Dumb Ways to Die globally, plus internet hits Subway Surfers and Henri Le Worm.
"The decision to partner was an easy one, having worked with Evolution closely over the past year it became apparent that our combined competencies and experience provided the basis for a world class global brand management agency," said Dave Collins, CEO of Evolution Europe.
"With locations in London and LA, the partnership is perfectly placed to deliver strategic brand management and creative licensing to IP owners on a global basis."
Travis Rutherford, president of licensing, Evolution USA, added: "As a combined group, we will be able to offer a truly unique worldwide licensing solution to the industry - a globally thought out and executed solution, with one voice."
