TLC and Nickelodeon pledge support for BLE

Big entertainment names join exhibitor list for October event.

Nickelodeon and TLC have become the latest big names to sign up for this year's Brand Licensing Europe show in October.

Both the TLC Entertainment and TLC Brands divisions will have a presence on the show floor. Visitors to TLC Entertainment will be able to view Monsters vs Aliens and Madagascar 2 (Dreamworks), Clone Wars (LucasFilm), Bratz (MGA), The Gruffalo (Magic Light Productions), LazyTown, Sex and the City (HBO) and Ghostbusters (Sony).

Dreamworks and LucasFilm properties will also be showcased in the Screening Suite: Where Films Become Brands.

TLC Brands, meanwhile, will introduce Coca-Cola, Cosmopolitan, Jelly Belly, National Trust and Jeep to visitors.

"TLC is thrilled to be back at Europe's number one licensing show," said the firm's Lisa Shapiro. "It's a great opportunity to showcase our entertainment and brand portfolio, as well as using the screening suite for our movie slate. We look forward to a cracking two days."

Nickelodeon will be displaying the likes of Dora the Explorer, Go Diego Go, Wonder Pets, Backyardigans, Spongebob Squarepants, Avatar, H20, Drake & Josh, iCarly, South Park and MTV, as well as its back catalogue.
