International participation at this summer's Vegas expo is shaping up to be stronger than ever, says organiser Advanstar.
Show director of Licensing International, Liz Crawford, has revealed that the show - due to be held from June 14th to 16th at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas - is experiencing significant growth from across the globe, in terms of exhibitors and attendees.
"We've made great strides with exhibitor pavilions from China, Japan, Thailand, Spain, Korea and other countries," Crawford confirmed. "Many of these countries are also bringing in delegations and government officials as the realise the importance of the show in growing their markets and attracting business partners from around the world."
To date, over 300 companies have signed up to exhibit, including over 90 new firms.
"We expect this event to be very strong in the global market," Crawford continued.
Pre-registration is also pacing ahead of last year, with new brands coming to the event including Angry Birds, Smith & Wesson, Creative Artists Agency, Wyland International, Brainy Baby and Mind Candy among others.
