They're quite used to picking up awards, and now the team at Wow Stuff have scooped the ultimate accolade, triumphing in The Light Fund Southern Quiz Night.

Wow! Et al - including guests from Aardman and VTech - took the title by just one point from Warner Bros (114 and 113 respectively), with Character Exchange coming third (112) and M 'n' M's Bitches (HarperCollins) making fourth place with 110.

Down the other end of the scale, however, were The Rainbow (not so) Brights, who scored just 68 points.

The winning team name was awarded to Character Options and 'Stop the bus and let my brother, Jack, off'.

David Scott, MD of Rainbow Productions and Light Fund treasurer said he believes over £13,000 was raised, meaning that the Light Fund has now exceeded the £500,000 mark in terms of funds raised since it was set up.

The new venue of Chelsea FC was also well received and meant that more teams than ever could take part.

"We would like to thank all members of the licensing industry - and related businesses - for their contributions," said Scott. "And also to the team at Chelsea FC who helped make it such a great night."
