Microgaming launches new Halloween online slot game

Just in time for the slasher season, Microgaming has unveiled its new licensed concept, a Halloween online slot game.

A 50 line game featuring a reel set that represents Michael Myers’ dark and derelict house, the new online slot game has launched today, ready to tackle to Halloween market.

Much like the 1978 indie slasher film, the formidable Myers stalks the game, lurking in windows and behind clotheslines, while the gameplay features the iconic soundbites form the movie, along with its chilling soundtrack.

David Reynolds, games publisher at Microgaming, said: “Our Halloween online slot is a celebration of the classic horror film. The game studio creating this game are big fans of the movie and brand, and I think the passion they have is evident in the game.

“The design and storytelling is superb and it presents a range of environmental effects that add to the suspense. This is combined with a feature rich game engine that will continually thrill players.”

Microgaming signed the agreement for Halloween through Compass International Pictures in a deal brokered by Creative Licensing Corporation.
