Moon and Me secures brace of new toy partners ahead of its UK debut

HTI Group, VTech, Worlds Apart and Orange Tree Toys are among a swathe of new UK partners signed for the new pre-school series Moon and Me.

The toy manufacturers are preparing to launch an extensive line of toys and children’s products that will ride ons, electronic learning toys, play tents and ball pits and traditional wooden toys, all inspired by the Sutikki-produced show.

The slate of partners follows an announcement last year that Hasbro and Scholastic as well as a plethora of UK licensees had taken on the IP. Partnerships with each brand are being managed by Sutikki’s UK office at Pinewood Studios under the supervision of territory head for the UK and EMEA, Stephen Gould.

“We are excited to announce the expansion of Moon and Me’s consumer products in the UK ahead of the series premiere on BBC’s CBeebies kids’ channel,” said Gould.

“With 40 UK-based licensees now on board, in addition to our global partners Hasbro and Scholastic, Sutikki has strongly positioned Moon and Me to be one of the leading children’s brands in the UK and globally for years to come.”

Moon and Me has been created by Andrew Davenport, a name also attributed to Teletubbies and In the Night Garden.
