Mind Candy’s mobile gaming app, Moshi Monsters Village has launched globally and is now available to iPhone, iPad, and iPod users all over the world.
Having launched in the UK on iOS before Christmas last year, the game has already proved popular among fans by reaching number two in the iTunes app charts during December.
Moshi Monsters Village will be launching on over 100 countries and the firm has more mobile games lined up for launch in the ‘near future.’
Developed by Mind Candy in collaboration with Tag Games in Scotland, the app encourages Moshi fans to care for rescued Moshlings, saving them from the hands of Dr Strangeglove as he attempts to turn them in to Glumps.
Featuring Facebook social connectivity and friend code shares, players will be able to interact with their friend’s villages.
CEO and founder of Mind Candy, Michael Acton Smith, said: "We wanted to create a game that sparked people’s imaginations an gave them the chance to create a Moshi Village exactly as they want.
"This is the first of many new mobile games we’re developing and we’re excited about launching them this year."
Google Play, Android and Kindle versions of the game will be available this month.
