Myne Cards, the team behind the licensed contactless card protector range, has secured its first UK distributor in East West, targeting indie retailers, as well as specialist and non-specialist retail groups here and internationally.
The deal enables Myne Cards to expand into the retail market and protect more customers. The cards are specifically designed to block a fraudster’s card reader, so the only time your contactless card is shared is when you want it to be.
Myne Cards has seen substantial growth in recent years, fuelled by its selective images across key license brands, such as the National Gallery, Wallace & Gromit, Beryl Cook, and others.
“We are now very excited that East West has agreed to distribute our retail ready cards,” said Keith Milburn of Myne Cards. “We see this deal as proof that this is a product that customers need. – there’s a Myne Card for everyone.”
Terry Taylor of East West added: “We are proud to have been distributing stand out products for the past four years – including 2018 Gift of the Year winner ‘Sunny by Sue’. We already have an extensive range of licensed products, including the National Gallery, Bree Merryn, Bug Art and Turnowsky so we hope to continue our success by teaming with Myne Cards and reaching key retailers and independent stockists.”
East West and Myne Cards’ first appearance together will be at Autumn Fair 2019, stand 7E40 in September.
