Nelvana inks broadcast deal for kids’ show Polly and the ZhuZhu Pets

Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana has singed a multi-territory broadcast deal for the animated show, Polly and the ZhuZhu Pets.

Inspired by the successful ZhuZhu toys, the series will make its debut on the Disney Channel in the US on September 12th, followed by New Zealand, Belgium, Austria, central and eastern Europe and more.

“We are excited to partner with Disney to deliver this fresh new series on a global platform,” said Scott Dyer, president of Nelvana.

“Building on the outstanding success of the ZhuZhu brand, we are confident this new series will resonate with audiences around the world.”
