Adam West and Burt Ward, the original Batman and Robin, will once again voice the characters in Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders.

New Batman animated movie reunites team from original sixties TV series

The team from the original Batman TV series from the sixties is returning to the characters in a new animated movie.

Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar – the original Batman, Robin and Catwoman – will voice those characters once again in Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, reports EW.

The trailer indicates that Return of the Caped Crusaders will retain the camp humour of the sixties series, while hinting of the return of a batch of villains including the Joker, Riddler, Penguin and Catwoman.

Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, from Warner Bros and DC Entertainment, will land on Digital HD on October 11th and Blu-Ray on November 1st.
