Developers behind the planned London Paramount Park project in Kent have released a selection of new images.
London Resort Company Holdings is looking to build a part theme park, part entertainment venue on the Swanscombe Peninsula.
The proposed build will cost around £2billion to complete and will create around 27,000 new jobs.
The latest artist impressions of the resort depict a number of themed zones, rides and family attractions with an entertainment city at the centre, offering in-door and open-air experiences, cafes, bars and restaurants.
A spokesman revealed that the entertainment city will host shows and an afternoon carnival every day.
“We are planning to follow this every evening with a spectacular show celebrating the works of Paramount Pictures and our other content partners,” they said.
“Also in the evening, there will be a chance to enjoy a West End quality production at one of our theatres, indoor or outdoor venues. These venues could potentially showcase Paramount films, BBC and Aardman productions as well as present a stage for live comedy acts and concerts.”
Developers hope that the heart of the Entertainment Resort will be open to the public in Easter 2020, with additional rides and attractions scheduled to be unveiled in the following years.
