Caprice Australia and Banter Toys and Collectibles sign deals for toys and apparel based on Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures

New partners for Pac-Man in Australia and New Zealand

41 Entertainment and its Australian agent Gaffney Global Licensing have signed new licenses for Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures in Australia and New Zealand.

Banter Toys and Collectibles will be distributing the Commonwealth Toy & Novelty line from the US which includes magnets, key chains, outdoor toys and beanies.

“Pac-Man is a well-loved brand across the globe and popularity is still growing with a new legion of fans,” said Garry Isaacs, CEO at Banter.

“We are excited to partner up with 41e and Commonwealth to bring this iconic brand toy and novelty lines to Australia.”

Elsewhere, Pac-Man apparel will be available in the territories from Caprice Australia. The firm will be designing and distributing items including t-shirts, tops, jackets and shorts as well as sleepwear, underwear, swimwear socks.

“This brand really fits well into our plans to create a wide range of products from outerwear for day or night to underwear and swimwear as well as footwear and backpacks," added Kent Ewers, general manager, Apparel Division at Caprice.

Ranges from both Banter and Caprice will launch from November.

"Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures is a global hit property and we’re thrilled to welcome him to Australia and New Zealand.”
