Nitro Circus launches into Las Vegas with first theatre show

Nitro Circus is set to give Las Vegas a shake-up with the launch of its first resident stage show at Bally’s next spring.

Until now, Nitro Circus has been renowned for its arena and stadium live shows. The outfit is now going to bring the talent of its action sports athletes to the Vegas stage.

The show will take of the Jubilee Theatre which will be reimagined, redesigned and renamed the Nitro Circus Theatre, offering guests an up close look at all of the action.

“I am so psyched about this show. It’s going to be totally different from anything we’ve done and unlike anything ever staged before in action sports. Fans are going to have a blast with the show set up. If they were any closer they would be sitting on the bikes with the riders,” said Nitro Circus ringleader, Travis Pastrana.

The show will mark the first time that the most progressive tricks in freestyle motorcross and BMX will be seen in a theatre setting. It will also feature the best in skate, scooter and Nitro Circus’ infamous contraptions.

Athletes will perform in and around the audience among the multi-million set build of ramps and installation screens. Nitro Circus, BASE Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment are teaming up to co-produce the show, which is created by Nitro Circus.

“We have been working on this project for several years in order to create a spectacular show that would showcase what Nitro Circus is all about to Vegas and to the world. We are so excited to be finally making that dream a reality,” said Andy Edwards, president of Nitro Circus.

Created in 2010, the Nitro Circus live show has since travelled the globe, playing sold out stadiums on five continents and growing to become the most successful touring act in its category.

Over three million tickets have ben sold to date while multiple film credits and TV programming has aired in over 60 countries.
