Norwegian tourism is enjoying a boost following a deal between Disney and tourism promoter Innovation Norway.
A Frozen banner has been added to the VisitNorway,com homepage and traffic to the site has tripled, reports The Guardian.
Flight Tracker reported that searches for Norwegian flights have risen by 153 per cent, while hotel bookings are up 37 per cent.
Adventures by Disney also launched a Frozen holiday package to Norway which includes fjord trips, fishing and folk dancing.
Frozen’s fictional setting is based on Norwegian coastline and the fictional kingdom of Arendelle features several Norwegian-style buildings.
