Now MasterChef moves into culinary holidays

A new range of MasterChef Travel culinary holidays are being launched by specialist travel firm Cox & Kings.

Focusing on the world’s ‘most inspiring cuisines’, all the tours will feature local culinary experts, with many also including time with popular contestants who have appeared on the programmes across the world.

The holidays, including both multi-centre tours and shorter single-centre trips, offer the opportunity to discover local cuisine and explore the countries’ most interesting sights.

Countries on offer will include Spain, Italy, India, Vietnam, Mexico and Thailand.

Keri Moss, joint winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2012, will be accompanying the inaugural tour to Marrakech in March.

"Food and travel have been the perfect pairing for MasterChef, with some of the world’s most exciting and exotic destinations featured across our global franchise," said Ben Liebmann, chief executive of Shine 360. "The international provenance of our contestants’ recipes and ingredients also make travel a natural extension for the brand.

"We are thrilled to be working with the Cox & Kings team to bring this vision to life and to the show’s millions of fans and food lovers."
