Nutri Ventures made available to schools across the US

Animated series Nutri Ventures: The Quest for the Seven Kingdoms will be made freely available to all public schools across the US.

In the first ever partnership between Partnership for a Healthier America and an animated series, nearly 60,000 elementary schools throughout the US will have free access to 29 episodes from the first three seasons of the show.

Nutri Ventures Corp will also provide an additional 200 pieces of educational material.

The commitment was announced during PHA’s Building a Healthier Future Summit in the nation’s capital.

The programme made its US debut this January on Hulu Kids and is already placed among the most popular children’s shows on the digital platform.

Rui Lima Miranda, co-founder and managing partner of Nutri Ventures Corp, said: “Nutrition and obesity are among the most urgent concerns for parents, educators and children themselves.

“We are very proud to enter in to a long term relationship with the Partnership for a Healthier America.”

Lawrence Soler, CEO of Partnership for a Healthier America, added: “Nutri Ventures is an important partner for PHA because it brings key health messages to kids in a way that is engaging and authentic.”

Under the agreement, Nutri Ventures Corp will also donate to PHA a percentage of net profits from the sale of licensed products in the US.

The firm already works with ministries of education and health institutions in more than 25 countries across the globe as well as the World Health Organisation.
