One Animation appoints new EVP global consumer products and licensing

One Animation is taking new strides in its plans for global expansion with the appointment of a new EVP global consumer products and licensing.

Bettina Koeckler has stepped into the role in order to lead the business forwards following the worldwide success of properties such as Oddbods.

In the newly created role, Koeckler will be executing the fast-paced role out throughout the key global markets in 2016 and beyond, as well as creating new business opportunities and partnerships.

An industry veteran with more than 20 years experience, Koeckler has previously served as SVP EMEA for Fox Consumer Products where her role has been to further expand 20th Fox’s brand and six years as VP for licensing for Sony Pictures Consumer Products.

Koeckler has worked on numerous iconic brands including The Simpsons, Ica Age, Spider-Man, Mr Men and Little Miss, Beatrix Potter and Winx Club.

“To make this happen we have created this new role to oversee all of our marketing, licensing and product development teams, as well as strategic partnerships and overall management of retail, agent and agency relationships.
