Penguin has acquired the global publishing rights to the new CBeebies pre-school series Go Jetters, scheduled to air this autumn/winter.
Under the new deal, Penguin will develop a range of book titles aimed at three to eight year olds, including picture, activity and novelty books.
The series will be printed in all languages under the Ladybird imprint and will cover the show’s themes of exploration, adventure and teamwork upon release in 2016.
The deal is just part of Penguin’s ongoing joint venture with BBC Worldwide.
