Copyrights Group details new creative roles

Demi Patel returns to the company as director of creative services, while Lisa Carroll takes on the role of head of product development.

The Copyrights Group has detailed a range of new creative positions within the firm.

Demi Patel (pictured left) will be promoted to the newly created role of director of creative services. Patel is returning to the company, where she will oversee all creative and product development for Copyrights, including new asset management and style guide development.

Patel will also be supported by Lisa Carroll (pictured right), who joins the company in a permanent position as head of product development.

Patel joined Copyrights back in 2013, as head of product development, having moved from Zodiak Rights.

Previously, Patel also held positions at BBC Worldwide, where she was responsible for launching the show In the Night Garden.

Carroll joined the company in 2015, and previously held roles at BBC Worldwide, Discovery Communications and Nickelodeon.

Linda Pooley, creative director of Copyrights Group, said: "It’s great to have Demi back and together with Lisa we have a very strong approvals team committed to working with our licensees to develop great products for our brands.”
