Former IMG and Marvel exec Tim Rothwell joins ConversionPoint Technologies advisory board

Former IMG and Marvel Entertainment executive, Tim Rothwell has been appointed to the growing advisory board for ConversionPoint Technologies.

As a founding partner of All American Licensing and Management Group, Rothwell is a highly-experienced licensing executive.

He now joins the leading e-Commerce technology group, a firm dedicated to changing how brands, advertisers and agencies connect, acquire and retain customers.

Rothwell most recently served as executive vice president of IMG and was co-managing director of IMG’s worldwide licensing and consumer products division.

“Tim is a fantastic addition to our advisory board, with unmatched resources and depth of knowledge in the world of consumer products and licensing,” said Robert Tallack, CEO of ConversionPoint Technologies.

“We expect Tim to introduce new opportunities to apply our e-Commerce technologies in the immensely profitable licensed products arena, as well as make introductions to large-scale retail e-commerce companies as potential managed services clients.”

Prior to IMG< Rothwell was the president of Marvel Entertainment’s WW consumer products division, managing its $5 billion licensing business. He helped engineer new franchise deals with the likes of Hasbro, Activision and Microsoft.

“I have been involved with many companies and technologies over the years focused on catering to licensed products,” said Rothwell.

“Ecommerce is a logical leap for companies trying to touch a vast consumer base. What I saw with ConversionPoint’s technologies, specifically its AI and ability to drive key metrics, really got me excited top share them with companies I know can use their services.

“The reach and ROI ConversionPoint will be able to bring to these companies will be greatly impactful.”
