Galleon Holdings has named Mahesh Ramachandra as its new global director of entertainment, overseeing the company's convergent media strategy.
Ramachandra has been charged with monetising Galleon's portfolio of entertainment properties across multiple platforms and territories, particularly the recently launched Super Soccer Star.
Before joining Galleon, Ramachandra was VP international and product development at Cellcast. He has over 11 years experience in interactive media and won the Young Talent award at Milia 1997 in Cannes after founding Magnetica New Media Design in Singapore, specialising in the development of interactive content.
