“We see him as the perfect character and have already received tremendous interest from our clients. We believe that Pip is in for a busy time, meeting and greeting children throughout the summer.”
Tony Barrie Management is joined by, KidyRides, who will now develop a coin operated Skipper boat to feature in various venues in the UK in 2015.
Gayle Tarrant from Lisle International, said: “The Pip Ahoy journey in to the world of licensed merchandise has truly began.
“This property has so much excitement and news surrounding it. The new character appearances will raise the awareness and whet the imaginations of children wherever they are seen.
“In coming months we expect to announce more partnerships that will set Pip Ahoy on the road to being one of the top pre-school properties of today.”
The new animated TV series is scheduled to debut this September, and will feature Sir David Jason as the voice of one of its leading characters as well as a theme tune performed by Stacey Solomon.
