Pusheen lands its own Snack Parlour in Brighton with Artbox

Pusheen and Fluid World have formed a tasty new partnership with Artbox to create the world’s first Pusheen Snack Parlour, right here in Blighty’s own seaside city, Brighton.

The Parlour was launched to fans over the weekend with a fully-decked out Pusheen themed interior, allowing fans of the brand to choose from Pusheen-themed treats such as the Pusheen sundae drizzled with toffee sauce and cookie crumbs, or the Pusheen pastel UFO Sundae.

Sending that blood-sugar level through the roof was the Pusheen waffles with magical confetti sprinkles and clouds of cotton candy, ice cream scoops and an array of drinks.

Over 100 fans from all over the UK queued outside for two hours before the grand opening, including YouTubers and social media influencers. According to the firm, as the day progressed more fans arrived and the queues didn’t die down until 5pm with at least 50 people in line at all times.

The Snack Parlour has an upstairs seating area for customers to enjoy their sundaes, within 15 minutes of the venue opening this area was full and people were waiting up to three hours to be seated.

“The dedicated retail area downstairs was bursting with fans purchasing the cute range of product available from licensees including, Spin Master, Thumbs Up, Pyramid, Blueprint, Character World and Plastic Head,” read a release from Fluid World.

“The majority of the sales transactions were over £100 and many were over £200 with one fan spending a massive £418 in a single transaction.”
