Rainbow’s popular tween and teen property, Winx Club celebrated it tenth anniversary with a party at Cannes’ MIP Junior conference.
The brand that boasts 15 million viewers each day through 115 broadcasters worldwide, celebrated with cocktails on the French Riviera and a presentation from Rainbow’s CEO and Chairman Iginio Straffi.
Broadcast partners, Luca Milano, head of marketing and animation at Rai Fiction and Pierluigi Gazzolo, COO, Viacom International Media Networks joined the celebrations with their own talks.
In addition, partygoers were given a sneak video peak of Rainbow’s brand new series Royal Academy, along with a performance from Milan’s Contourella Dance Project.
Topping the evening, the Real Winx, a troop of professional dancers embodying the values of Winx – magic, energy and fashion – performed for the live audience.

Winx Club is aimed at girls aged four to ten and upwards and boasts over 500 licensees across a number of categories and more than 6,000 products developed.
